Henry Ford’s mass-produced Model T changed the American landscape in the early 1900’s. But Ford’s foray in the auto industry began in 1896 when he built his first vehicle, the Quadricycle, a buggy frame with 4 bicycle wheels.

Over the years, some have credited him with inventing the car, but arguably his most significant automotive contribution was perfecting the moving assembly line.
